Benefits of Seido Karate Practicing Mae Geri Kick

Seido Karate has many benefits:

I also like Seido Karate as you don't have to be physically fit when you start.  Anyone of any age can do Seido.  
When training, you forget that you are exercising because you are so busy trying to get your technique right or master a new skill.
